Coaches are amazing! It’s such a high energy, positive environment!

Jamais j’ai réussi à tenir un programme d’entrainement aussi longtemps, et je ne sens pas que c’est une tâche! Mention spéciale à Jean-Luc et Guillaume : je suis une personne plutôt réservée qui ne parle pas beaucoup et s’entraine seule. Ils se souviennent toujours de mon nom, me salue, me conseille. Ça fait du bien de ne pas passer inaperçue quand on travaille autant fort :)
I like the interval training.
Love the pace, music and the coaches. Always willing to give pointers and explain correct form.

Apple App geht nicht, bekomme dadurch keine Trainigsrecords.
Auch nicht einstellbar in der alten App, weder der neuen, wenn ich mich auf einem fremdem Samsung Handy einlogge.
Gern am WE auch spätere Kurse oder Montag Vormittag. Zumindest als Testphase mal wieder eine Option ?!
Friendliness and encouragement of coaches and staff
1. Cleanliness in the studio- Studio needs to be cleaned tremendously better. Frequently find hairballs/dustballs on the floor/weight stations. Dust constantly kicks up when mats are placed down (had dust blown in my eyes from neighboring mats over a handful of times in last 2 weeks) - it’s a real bother. Improving Cleanliness really needs to be a focus - it is my NUMBER 1 complaint. Because of this many times, I’ll go to the Ditmars studio because it is much cleaner and newer.
2. Update equipment- mats should be replaced (they’re old); upgrade weights (they’re worn down).
3. Water dispenser should always be maintained or an additional water dispenser should be added. The water dispenser frequently slows down and this should be a priority.
4. Buy new hairdryers - get the powerful orange OTF hairdryers as in other studios.

Every good day starts with a sweaty, satisfying OTF workout. I can’t replicate this on my own—the vibe of the group and coach makes it happen!

An intense workout in an hour, led by trained coaches. Pushes me harder than I’d push myself.

Great workout. Coaches are amazingly motivating. I am no where near as fast as other but love every minute of it. At 64 I do my best and am thrilled I can do what I do. I hate rest days and live workout days!
The coaches are great. They know how to motivate you.
The reason I'm not providing a score of 10 is that the flexibility block (stretches that we do at the end of the work out) is very overlooked by the coaches. Sometimes we skip some stretches. Most of the time, we don't stretch for the full time that's dedicated for stretching. Stretching is so important as it can affect how we feel the next couple days following the workout. I would recommend the coaches take this block more seriously.
Fast paced, structured, no wasted time.
It is a very clean facility. The workouts are different every time I go which I enjoy! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating.
My only suggestion would be be open gym hours for people that maybe can’t make it to the normal class times.

I like the coaches at McLean Orange Theory. They are upbeat, encouraging people who make exercising fun and addictive. I look forward to the classes.
I love working out at OT Barrie. Coaches Johnny, Nicole, Scott & Jodi make my workouts fun, engaging and push me to be better. The music is always amazing and I find the equipment is kept clean and serviced regularly if there is an issue.
The front desk associates are always so friendly and ready to help whenever I have a question.
My only piece of constructive feedback is I wish there were more class times on the weekends as often I am unable to come to the morning classes due to work or school and an afternoon slot would be lovely. I acknowledge this might not be a popular opinion though and understand scheduling can also be hard these days.
Love the workouts but what really makes the difference are the trainers: they create the perfect environment for a fun and challenging workout.
Great facility, great equipment and great coaching!
The instructors are great, the workout is varied to keep it interesting. Everyone is friendly. It would be nice if you could sign up for your machine or tread spot when you signed up for the class. This is insignificant but it drives me crazy that the numbers are stuck on the bottle filler machine.
