Wonderful coaches and staff, clean gym and well maintained equipment. The class templates are great HIIT workouts across rowing, weighted and body-weight floor exercises and treads. Coaches motivate without calling anyone out, everyone can train at their personal comfort levels without feeling pressured.

Love that I come in and dont have to figure out what to do at the gym… you tell me and I do it! Its fantastic!

The gym is very well appointed and the staff is top notch. From the front desk to the coaches, they are all great. I have really enjoyed my workouts here.

I love my studio and the workouts. I wish the studio offered daytime classes every day. I understand the volume is lower for those classes but it’s not fair to the those of us who don’t have a 9-5 or 8-4 job and/or child care before and after those hours. Working part time and having most of my time for me happens between the 845-4 hours while my kids are at school and there are only 3 days a week when there are classes between those hours.
Fees around freezing account regardless of reason.

The staff
Reduce volume of music! Way way too loud. And more variety of workouts. I get tired of 25 min of treadmill stuff every workout. And the price is about 10% too high.
The workouts are different and don't become too boring. Also great that we dont have to think and we just show up --Really appreciate the 5 AM time slot.

I enjoy OT and it has been an integral part of my fitness journey for a few years now. I like the variety of the workouts and the coaches.
It is quite expensive though and I feel you need to do a better job of managing the weekend schedules, which many members seem to abuse, which gets in the way of planning weekend workouts.
I suggest introducing a cap on the number of classes, regardless of notice, that can be cancelled in a 1 month period before charges are incurred. This would stop people block booking weeks in advance and booking multiple classes on the same day.
consistency and accessibility - love the coaches and staff. I love being pushed to my limits, encouraged to succeed, but still have the understanding that there are some things I just can't do anymore, and I'm never made to feel guilty or shamed for modifications.
I love that is coach led and it moves quickly so it doesn't feel like an hour workout!
LOVE the coaches at Cotswold - Haley and Kelly are AMAZING! Love the workout energy and people in the classes, just a fun environment and great sweat.
