The method itself is very effective.

I like that it’s safe from injury when burning over 500 calories. The music is on point and I love that that the workout is always different.

I like how it is broken up into segments (3G is my fav) and that it isn't the same workout every day--especially on the treads.
Enforce the late arrival and cell phone rules. People with cell phones in class are extremely distracting and it’s consistently the same members.
I have noticed that associates are assigning stations to certain members before they arrive. My understanding is stations are assigned on a first come basis. This limits choices to members not in favor with an associate.
What I like about an OrangeTheory workout is that you can just come in with no thought or routine and just listen/follow to the coach. Traditional gyms can be intimidating when you have to create your own workout.
The trainers and staff have been so welcoming and knowledgeable. Also, I appreciate the trainers giving proper instructions on how to use the equipment and execute exercises. Lastly, I like that the workouts are self-paced but we are still pushed to give our best effort.
Better referral incentives would be nice. I also don’t mind working out with less people in a session (that’s probably not what management is going for).
Frankie is an amazing coach, and the whole team at Westport are always welcoming and motivating.
