Most and foremost, I love the cheerful staff that greets me when I arrive and bids me goodbye when I leave!!
Now, may I take this opportunity to also register a genuine complaint? I, and most everyone I have spoken with absolutely detest the small "wipes" that have replaced the towel and disinfectant which we have used for years (you should take a survey). The new wipes are too small to grasp, are either too wet or too dry to use effectively, and often have snapped off inside the dispenser and impossible to extract. 50% were unavailable for use today for that reason! In addition, since the towels and spray have disappeared I have observed much less concern of some KFC members with wiping down the machines after use. I'm not generally a complainer, but I genuinely First name removed't like the wipes!!! BTW that is why I gave you a 9 instead of a 10 on the previous question. Other than that, I love Kennedy!!! (But, I really hate - HATE - the new wipes. Really).

Disappointed that there are no more Group Ride or regular spin classes in the evenings. 30 minutes is not a worlk out, and most people work until 5:00 so can't do 4:15.

I like the business-like yet relaxed atmosphere. The DAC is also very clean. It is also possible to work at one's own pace and fitness level without feeling out-of place.

I really liked my Saturday 8am pilates class and was very sad (and a little mad) when it was cancelled. There are so many cardio classes I just wish HS would consider more strengthening and flexibility classes.

We are members of the Peak Downtown. The facility and equipment is well maintained and always clean, staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient. Parking can be a challenge at times.
Best gym I have ever been a member of and I love the free weight section, the gym and the pools.
