Our Fitness Center provides numerous ways to exercise whether it is water aerobics, the walking track, the many types of exercise machines or the exercises classes.
Our Fitness Center is more than just a workout room. It is a group of people who enjoy not only improving our physical health but we also enjoy visiting with each other over a cup of coffee.
The social aspect is just as important as the physical.
