Clean and friendly
The staff are friendly. The place is clean. Staff seem to follow up on comments of repair or even soap needs. I do see soooo many people not wipe off equipment after use. Hopefully it is reviewed during tours and equipment use. I know u have signs everywhere BUT. It is mostly done by the older clients. Maybe reminders in tend ewe letter or wherever u think it might help. Thanks

All of the staff are so friendly and do an excellent job. I especially appreciate the cleaning staff and am so impressed with the cleanliness of the building. I love the variety of exercise I can do at the Rady, especially lap swimming. And I just recently started seeing a physiotherapist there and love the convenience of that.
Even tho I have not had much time lately, I like the times. Nancy is a wonderful lady and has answered any and all my questions very well. I also like that when I needed just a boost in my routine I was able to meet with Jeff and he has set me up with some suggestions. Just about everyone there is very helpful & kind.

It is a clean gym with a great variety of facilities. Almost all the staff are friendly and the members are all respectful for the most part. The machines and equipment are up to date and there is lots to choose from. Also the extensive choice of classes is a HUGE attraction compared to the other gyms around town.

Lots of group exercise offered is great, although more early classes and earlier water aerobics for working people who would like to attend. That's the Paso Robles location.
The variety of machines and work out equipment, although with the amount of people now using the free weight area I think it needs to be expanded as it gets very crowded.
