I love the DAC and all the amenities it has to offer. The trainers are very knowledgeable on fitness, proper form, and give tips on eating clean. It is also a very clean facility. I have recommended the DAC to several people and have been excited that they actually joined the DAC. Thank you for being the best healthy club in Desoto County!

The hours and the overall facility but however I'm disappointed that the jets in the world pool are not all working.
Downtown location is ideal for me. I live and work nearby. The equipment is what I want, and the facilities are always clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

basically I am happy with the Sandymount venue that I visit the most. Cleanliness and staff stand out.
The staff are friendly and it is an enjoyable atmosphere in which to do varied classes. Instructors are always enthusiastic which can make keeping the routine of attending easy even if you feel you might rather hit the couch rather than the class.

The classes are terrific. I go to zumba, body pump and pilates. The instructors are very good and professional. I am stronger then I have ever been because of these classes.
