The cleanliness, staff, and ample machines
The staff are great! Always greeted with a smile on the way in and out. I never have to wait for a machine. My biggest reason for choosing Sky was because of Jeff Woodlee-Knox! He is the greatest spinn instructor. He makes a challenging work out fun and I leave his class feeling like I've definitely met my fitness goal for the day.
Friendly staff and up to date equipment. Clean facility. One suggestion is to update the website for the instructors in the group fitness section. Some of the instructors are no longer teaching there and new instructors have come in and we don't have any info on them.
The staff is excellent, always so friendly & the gym is very clean!
The environment and the clients. I think it is more family orientate members and "grow people". Even teenagers or young clients, there are very respectful.

Employees are very friendly when on the company clock. When there off an working out in the facility, it's like they do not know you at all.

One of my favorite things at Sky are the people. I come around the same time everyday- and so I usually see the same staff. They learn your name, and the name of your kids, and visit and treat you like a friend- not just a number. I appreciate that atmosphere.

You have everthng under one roof that I like for a complete workout. No going from one floor to the next or one room to another.
