Outdoor heavy bag, boxing bags, speed, double-ended and uppercut. The waterfall,very clean gym,the HUGE variety of machines and free weights, great events like this recent wounded warrior car wash.

The large amount of options: good pool, broad arrangement of weights, lots of cardio machines, running track, and extended operating hours.

The facility is well taken care of. I like the many options for exercise. I enjoy the Silver Sneakers classes. I like the perimeter track, especially in the winter.
