excellent facility, excellent staff. On the other hand, you have been keeping the main swimming pool too cold this summer, and there are not enough day use lockers. The permanent lockers may bring in extra income, but they have crowded out and made it too frequently difficult to find a day use locker. I would rather pay a slightly higher fee and be assured of a day use locker. I am sure that the percent of active use is far higher on the day use lockers than on the personal lockers, and it was a major disservice to your members to reduce the day use lockers to their present level.
I like the welcoming atmosphere, the variety of fitness courses, the courses for learners of all ages, the coffee shops, the friendly staff, the theatre and information about the film festival. Most of all, I like the fact that the JCC has more than a few Zumba classes and more than just a few Zumba instructors. I love the location of the dance studio and the beauty of its sunny windows with their view of the courtyard.

I like that there are a variety of classes that aren't charged an additional fee to take. It would be GREAT if reformer pilates were included :)
