The gym is open and available usually whenever I want to or need to go to workout or use the jacuzzi or steam room. The availability of equipment is mostly open to me when I need it during my workout. All personnel at the gym are friendly and make themselves available. There are attractive promotions for annual membership.
Really like the updated facility, equipment and professional, friendly staff. As an older member,its also nice to work out with people more my age than some other locations. I dont feel any peer pressure and work out at my own pace which makes my visits a pleasant experience. The monthly dues are also reasonable,which is an added bonus.

I feel like, no matter where I am in my fitness, the staff (and even other members) are encouraging and supportive.
The classes, track, equipment, the hot water jets. Towels, lockers, shampoo and lotion. The instructors are very good plus the rest of the crew. I'm doing some PT on the 3rd floor at this time and am getting satisfactory care.
