Clean, Nice staff, Large variety of equipment. The cross training room downstairs is excellent. Most gyms do not have this.
It's a beautiful building. Your staff is friendly and professional. The facilities are always clean, and so far I've never had to wait long to use a piece of equipment, which are top notch. My wife loves swimming in the lap pool, and has already made some friends.
In short, it's a pleasant way for us to get into shape. As far as I can see, you are doing everything right. We really like it!
