Great teacher, high energy
The studios and dressing room are clean and lovely. The staff is friendly, kind, and I can tell passionate about yoga. I really liked Jennifer (I took her L1 class). Core Restore is incredible! I did take 1 core restore class where I didn't like the instructor but can't remember her name. It wasn't a big class (8 people or so?) and I was struggling with the sitting poses due to my back issues and she wasn't helpful. She didn't explain the poses or hardly talk to the class or walk around. I loved the core restore class I took where we did mostly wall stretches. AMAZING and back friendly) That instructor was WONDERFUL. If I wasn't moving I'd take all her classes.
Your $9 with the mat is a perfect way to try out the studio. My job is moving me back to Seattle otherwise I would join your studio.

Amount of classes and different locations throughout surburbs. It's a bit expensive but I do like the deals for unlimited classes for a month.
Consistently excellent classes, great instructors. The instructors and the staff create a very friendly and welcoming community for every level of yogi. Corepower studios are always very clean and accommodating. I like the extensive selection of class times on each day so that I can always manage to find a time and class to attend. I love the heat and that I actually get a workout from the classes. In the past, I've viewed yoga as something to do as a rest day from my workouts. Now I can do a power yoga class or sculpt as my workout and get the benefits from both!
I love Christine R's 8:30 Tuesday Sculpt class. She's the best! I actually rearrange my train schedule to make the class.
Also love Lauren's 6 pm Sunday HPF. She has such great energy - wonderful way to end a week and head into Monday.
Unfortunately I don't feel the same about JZ's sculpt class. The music is awkward most of the time and I feel like I always leave with strained neck/shoulders. I appreciate that she tries to be creative with the YMCA and Monster Mash - it doesn't motivate me or make me feel like I'm getting the workout I appreciate from a Sculpt class.
I enjoy the classes and the instructors. I just finished bootcamp, and while I didn't want to go on some days and wanted to cry on some days, it was a great experience. I do wish there was a bootcamp class in the 6:00am rotation. I feel I'm losing a lot of what I gained during those two weeks of bootcamp. I notice other facilities offer a CoreCardio Circuit. It would be nice to have that at Hinsdale as well.

As a yoga teacher (not with Core Power Yoga), I appreciate the fact that the teachers actually correct students and there is an effort made to conduct the physical practice in a safe and knowledgeable way.
Everything is always clean, the people are very friendly, and it is one of the most interesting and fun workouts that I have ever done. It also provides you with different types of classes that are good for anyone and everyone.
Love the new space. Downstairs studio is a bit small but has only been tight once.

The classes are a great workout and I like the variety. Never the same class twice!

I like Caroline, HPF on Saturday mornings, she replaced Isaac, who was terrific as well, knows names, just great voice and right amount of prompts, assists...for my liking.
