In your Oak Park location, the people are warm, wonderful, yoga instructors who practice what they teach and are kind and considerate individuals.
I love your teacher Rachel Castellanos. She has incredible energy. I love the floors of the studio, they do not feel like they are laid on concrete. I do wish core power had something a bit more for stretching, but i know that is not your policy.It is just that i love the facility and the location nd wish it were more diverse. The heat kills me, but I love the program.
