I have limited time to work out. I LOVE Camille's Friday 6 a.m. Yoga Sculpt. She always has a different format and keeps it fresh. She always sets up a great workout. Wish I could come more often - it is great.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Instructors explain the postures as they tell you what to do... and always give alternatives for those of us who cannot do the full expanse of any posture.
