The instructors are all great. They have their own unique style, but I’m finding I learn and gain something from each. The facility is clean and comfortable. All around I leave feeling relaxed, accomplished, and physically better than when I walked in.

This week I had Tanya for HPF on Tuesday. I really loved her teaching style, what she said and her hands on assists. I did a two week membership a while back (also at Old Orchard) and I always feel rejuvenated and great about myself when I leave. I signed up for a black tag membership!
