I love everything about the Yoga classes. Laurie's C2 on Saturday is exactly what my body needs to keep in working order. The humidity and scent in the room is a nice touch, but the cold scented washcloths during Savasana are the best end to a perfect hour. HPF is also a big favorite of mine. The locker room amenities and showers are a big plus!
