Clara had the best personality and vibe. Great instruction. Some yoga sculpt classes move entirely too fast. Clara's was fast but just right, how it should be (in my opinion) and I have been on the scene working out for many, many moons :) I enjoyed it very much. Fun, lively, welcoming atmosphere. I give it a 10 and 5 stars...All smiles

CorePower Yoga has changed my life. I started in January (2018) and it has been a wonderful experience. The trainers in Hinsdale are AMAZING, it's an incredible workout and the classes are spread throughout the day so you can always fit it in! The instructors are all fit and inspiring - I can't say enough about how fantastic CP is!

I love the friendly welcoming environment when you walk in. All instructors are helpful and approachable especially nice for when you're new. Classes are great even for beginners, I don't feel judged and there's no competitive feel in the studio. Locker room is sparkling clean, showers are nice (though a few more would be nice) and the provided soap is great! I've found my new addiction.
Core Power Yoga studio is my favorite from all Chicago land that I visited around. I found there a very professional yoga guidance, where teachers put their efforts to help you grow.
I feel that I am learning a lot every time I pop in for a yoga class there. Besides learning, I feel great, like a new born baby after just an hour of yoga. I also feel a sense of a community where I belong. I love very spiritual Marsha's classes. I listen carefully to Karina, she makes sure I grow and bloom in yoga. She even convinced me to try Kate's C3 classes and it was exactly like she described to me " all of the sudden you will be in this crazy pose". Kate's detailed and experience guidance does take your body to unexpected poses. I also learned quite a bit from Laurie recently. Yoga in Oak Park is my recent affair after years of dancing. Thank you all for friendship and feeling good yoga.
