Steve was my helper and he was marvelous! From the time I walked in he was very attentive, taking me through the steps of finding the right shoes. He explained the difference in each pair of shoes I tried on. He brought out specific shoes that would be best for my foot type, had me try them on, compare them to each other, and made my decision on what to buy very easy. I would recommend this shop to my friends, and Steve in particular.

Sales service is really great. The woman who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of my issues. Lots of education for me as a customer, but no pressure to purchase. Really an unexpectedly delightful time. The fact that I have 60 days to try my shoes and then return or exchange if they are not perfect is a service no one else offers. Thank you Fleet Feet.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable... for me, I would like to see a little more variety. By this I mean more options in shoe colors and sizes. So often when I come in for shoes, you may have the brand but not in multiple colors or not in my size.
