Nicely organized set up
The staff at Dogtopia Cypress are the best. They are always great with the Dogs and willing to help us with our dog’s needs. I won’t take my dogs anywhere else!
Your services are getting a bit too expensive.
Ashley and the team are dedicated to making sure our pup’s experience is fun, safe, and engaging! They are very responsive and helpful, and we appreciate being able to drop off our dog, Tina, and know that she’s having a blast!
friendliness and good care of my pup
I love that you provide a cam for me to check in on my puppy. It was comforting to me when leaving him for his first daycare. The staff was very friendly as well.
My wife and I love the convenience that Dogtopia offers whereas they are located downtown and close to where we work. The staff are always very friendly and just love our Bentley. Dogtopia makes it easy to schedule daycare, nail trims, and baths as they are all done in house by Heather. We feel that Dogtopia was the best choice for our pup as he loves going there and playing with his BFF.
Would be more willing to pay the higher price for daycare if the dogs had outdoor time and did not have time in crates.
Staff customer service, cleanliness of the faciity. My dog attended only one time so I have to see how the activities will work on my pet.

All the staff are attentive to the needs of my dog and I know he is having fun and in good hands.
I feel like the staff is very good with all of the dogs and they seem to know who all of their owners are as well. My dog is always happy to see the staff and excited to be at daycare to play when I send him. I was nervous about sending him at first because he has some anxiety but he loves it and has adjusted very well. I also think it’s awesome they have nap time during the day. I think that really helps with energy and keeping the pups happy and nice!
The staff is very friendly, seemingly remembering every dog’s name and owner relationships when we come to pick up our dog. Facility is clean, prices are fair and I always know my dog is in good hands.
Bigger outside area would be great

The staff are friendly and caring towards the dogs. Lots of activities are offered, being able to view the webcams is a plus. The air ventilation has improved since our last visit bc he didn't come home as stinky.
