Friendly staff, clean environment, fun events for the dogs

The staff is amazing!! I couldn’t be happier! Every time we get in the car and pull up, she cannot wait to get in! Several times when I’ve picked her up, she tried to go back in:) Harley is a little..rambunctious and tenacious, has a hard time understanding the word no and not every dog wants to play. Your knowledgeable staff has patiently helped her and she’s getting better at learning boundaries, especially at home! I feel so lucky to have a place my little one loves to go to.

Our dog comes home sick every time she stays. From kennel cough, eye infections and most recently vomiting.

Cooper always loves going into Dogtopia. He gets socialization and exercise, making him a happy boy. It’s so convenient and I know he is well taken care of while he is there. It’s also fun to watch him on the web cam while he is there. The staff are always very attentive and eager to see him when he walks in.

The associates are terrific at Dogtopia, they are truly dog lovers and treat each dog with love, care and make each dog feel special.They work hard to care for each dog and provide a clean and safe place.

Activities you have for the dogs, cameras, and the front desk people are nice.

We LOVE Dogtopia!! They treat my fur baby as if he’s their own. I always feel comforted knowing he is in good hands whether it’s a day at daycare or a week long stay being boarded. He gets lots of love and attention and is always so excited to go back!

Nichole is top notch! And she has created an awesome team! Halo, our labra-doodle is 2 years old and has never been to daycare. After coming twice now she seems to really like being there and the interaction therapy she gets!

Dogtopia of Temecula is very deceptive. The cameras are advertised as available during open hours but they purposely shut them off if they are late getting the dogs out or if they put the dogs away early and don't want owners to know. They always have my dogs in kennels. They put them on a rotation because they say they are hyper or that my dogs were overwhelmed and needed a break. None of which is true. I called and asked why all the dogs were let out except for mine after the 12-2 break and I was told maybe she was overwhelmed. After a two hour break?? Really? Then she tried to tell me she wasn't in a kennel. I checked before I called and after. Still there. She stayed in there for another ten minutes after my call. My dogs have been left out in the rain at Dogtopia of Temecula. They always come home smelling horrible after rolling around in other dogs pee all day. My dogs will cower for a day or two after a stay at Dogtopia. I can only imagine why. I witnessed an employee chasing another dog around with a mop to try and get them into a kennel. If you guys can't handle these dogs then get a new job somewhere else. If you need to constantly kennel dogs to maintain control (because mine aren't the only ones) then maybe limit the number of dogs you allow instead of only caring about the money you're going to make that day. They have a few really great people there which is sad because for the most part they just lie and deny. We took a break and then tried one last time and now I'm certain I will never take my puppies back there again.

Very friendly staff, easy and convenient location and drop off. I don't LOVE the weekly class purchase requirement. However, it does motivate us to get our dog in there and so far it's been easy to hold the membership when out of town.

I like the way the staff greet my dog by his name when we go there. I like how friendy and upbeat the reception is anytime we are there. Blakey loves his day(s) at Dogtopia.

These people take great care of my dog, Angus. During Christmas vacation one of my dogs had a health issue unrelated to their boarding visit and communication was excellent. Calls, emails with pics and video and I was able to get him treated immediately upon returning. I would not have recognized this issue right away so I appreciated the observation.

It was my puppy's first daycare visit and the staff took very good care of her, and she seemed to have a great time. She'll definitely come play again!
