I was a previous customer who signed up for care again. My dogs first day back, they both came home filthy and smelled of urine terribly. I reached out via email and included photos & got zero response. I expect my pups to be treated as their own and I would never return pups to their owners in this condition. Bathing 2 large dogs after working 12 hours was not convenient in the slightest.
Nash loves Dogtopia! He is howling from the second we turn on to the street, to the time he walks in the front lobby. He is always greeted happily and I know he is so loved.
We have been to daycare twice and have been pleased with how happy our dog seems there! All the staff we have met so far have been very friendly and caring.
The facility was very clean and the employees were so nice! The tour was very efficient and all of my questions were answered in depth! I felt very safe leaving my dog in their care!
I love the people and the atmosphere. My pup goes in happy and comes out happy which makes me happy. All the coaches are loving and caring and treat my baby with love and respect. I cannot recommend Dogtopia highly enough and will continue to sing the praises.

Staff, activities, flexible schedule, events
The staff was very nice and welcoming. I have scheduled our first service in a few weeks.
The staff is caring and friendly.
The employees are all kind and helpful. They communicate well and are always prompt with responses.
Elvis, my Frenchie, goes to day care once a week to burn off energy. He is in such a hurry to get out of the car that it’s a struggle to snap on his leash. I enjoy watching him run with the big dogs via the Webcam. We live just a few minutes away, but he is sometimes snoring before we get home because he has played so hard.
I tried this location as I was a customer at a different location. certainly not the same standards as other locations have. Since my visit, I have tried to get in contact with the Gen Mgr, to discuss my concern's. But to no avail as she/ he has failed to return my call. Which generally means that the business does not care about there customers or there experience.

Prices are expensive
My dog loves to go to “school”. I can be sure that he is well taken care of, and that he is having fun! He greets all the staff every time we take him. He has his buddies to play with and he comes home a happy, tired pup!

Although I wish you had a price for only two hours , as I usually don’t leave my dog more than that a lot of time ..so $28 is a lot for two hours ..
Mazy just loves Dogtopia (and Dash of course). Everyone is very friendly and well versed on how to care for our fur babies. We use both daycare and boarding, never an issue, and Mazy comes home very happy.
Friendly and helpful.
I have mobility issues and they pick my dog up at the car and deliver her to the car.
Dream is extremely tired when she gets home and falls asleep..
Dream loves going to play school although she doesn’t interact with other dogs she is a Velcro dog and is constantly following the leader.
I can also check in on her on web cam.
Now that the weather is warmer I signed her up for an outside walk once a week weather permitting

I love the fact that “Bear” loves going to Dogtopia. The staff is warm and welcoming and treats
Being able to see my fur babies on camera whenever I miss them.
Very friendly and affable employees.
Is this the only input? If so - it would be really nice to have the option to have daycare extend until 7 pm. It's rough not having any flexibility and a long commute and always having to be back by 6 pm.
I feel that the people watching my dog are attentive. When dogs become too rough or exuberant they put them in the cage for a break and this gives me confidence that under their watch my dog will not get hurt.
Daycare professionals
I love how attentive the canine coaches are with the dogs. They work on command training with them and the pups get plenty of pets and love! The birthday parties are a lovely added benefit as well as the special food days such as taco Tuesdays or waffle Wednesdays! I highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone! Kallan never wants to leave when he's there!
FRIENDLY AND LOVING atmosphere! Plenty of room for my little baby to play, play, play. I have never been to a facility that's so dedicated to the assurance that my dog will be well cared for and loved! From the moment you entered the front door, you felt welcomed and comfortable! I think I have found the home away from home for our little angel while we work!!
Accessible hours, multiple locations, flexible availability, friendly and caring staff.
Everyone who works there is great and loves my pet. Sometimes when I arrive there is no one in the front and I have to wait quite a bit. There used to be a phone number you could call posted in the front in events like these, but it’s not there anymore.
I love dogtopia, in general it’s a great experience. My only real detractions are it’s getting way too expensive. They are the most expensive by a large margin and do not provide that large of a margin of difference in service to justify that price. Your cameras also do not often work. Also asking for tips on top of an already staggering price in a non tip industry. Overall pleasant experience. Pricing is becoming an issue.
I’m not able to access my account. It’s been about a month. I can’t view my dog
I took my dog to Canine Kindergarten who was there before you. It was clean and smelled fresh and the lighting was warm(er). There was more equipment and less dogs. It was crate-free.
I'm not opposed to crates but having them IN the room where other dogs are not crated
1.) feels unfair to the crated dogs; and 2.) it looks crowded and kind of ugly.
The foyer, front desk area, and one room we were in smelled of dog urine and deodorizer. There were way too many dogs in the room my dog went into for the first time and was understandably a little overwhelmed by.
The overall feeling of the building and amount of dogs had an institutional vs. a homey feel.
HOWEVER, the staff was great. Friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. It's not your employees, it's the corporate feeling that really disappointed me and my family.
The staff care for my dog
I've been happy with Dogtopia and the satff for what they provide. I'm always greeted with a smile and even reminders for due shots or upcoming fun days they do so well and often for the dogs. My Mandy has had a lot of fun over the past 5 years she's been going. I will continue with her spending time there @Miramar site and always feel welcome.
