Staff is very friendly, it’s clean, and my dog loves going there.

THe staff are fantastic. What a great job hiring the owner or manager did. Everyone was so welcoming, patient, and just fantastic and customer oriented.
There were a couple things I wanted to mention for consideration. First with vaccinations, I think it needs to be made crystal clear what full vaccination includes and that was done until too late for me to make my first appointment. Many vets don't provide canine influenza standard and so that needs to be more prominent when discussing with the clients before the visit was set up. The communication with the front desk and web interface did not work. It would not allow me to set up a meet n great online till May 1st so I had to email to get an earlier date and the person scheduled me for the wrong time. It was fixed and then I got another call after it was was fixed that I was still scheduled at the wrong time. There is a communication gap. Lastly, boarding. If the place closes at 7pm, locking the dogs in crates, especially puppies until 7 am the next morning is not sufficient. I understand that some people stay later and some come earlier but was provided no reassurance on what 7-9pm would look like and what 6-7 am would look like and I can't in good conscience agree to board my dog for 12 hours in a locked kennel. He is 5 months old. 5 month old puppies should not be left unattended for 12 hours or - even for 9 hours (from 9pm-6am). I spoke with my vet about it and that is not something he recommends. There needs to be someone present at the facility and keeping them crated for that long without a potty break is not humane. Charging any amount of money for boarding a pet like that is not acceptable. This needs to be re-visited as this is not a healthy of safe way of boarding. Cameras do not suffice. Lastly, do not advertise spa services until you have a staff member who performs that service. That is false advertising and has led to me thinking I was on the path to spa services and now I need to start all over. Advertise the services you provide. Finally having dogs potty where they play has proven to confuse my dog as where he is allowed to use the restroom. I know the city of Davis has restrictions, I don't have a solution but the current scenario of pottying in the play rooms is not a real solution. I trust you will be creative to think of something. In the mean time while so many services are not flushed out making customers agree to weekly plans charged automatically is unwarranted. That is something only a facility that is fully up to speed should be doing and I am sorry to say that I love Dogtopia, will use Dogtopia but as it is it will be very limited and as soon as I have another option I will not use Dogtopia in its current state. There is much work to be done first.
Clean facilities, excellent employees! You can tell they really care about their customers, both human and canine!
Always feel welcome at Dogtopia. I never worry about my dog when he is there because I feel confident that he is taken care of well. He loves to go there!

Tgey are sweet and kind with each puppy, they genuinely love them and they really care!!! I love this place and our puppy love them and he is sooo excited every single day we tell him:”let’s go to school” :-)!!!! I strongly recommend it to anyone!!
Friendly and informative staff
Dogtopia has exceed all my expectations from the beginning. From the start, all the staff were warm, welcoming, and so friendly. They all made me feel comfortable and excited to bring my pup there for weekly daycare. They always do fun events which ensures the doggos have the best time. Further, I recently used their boarding services for my first time and couldn’t be more impressed. I loved how I could watch my pup through their webcams whenever I was away. The staff was also so helpful and responsive when I called mid-vacation to ask how my pup was doing - they even sent a curtesy report card which I greatly appreciated.
Dogtopia DTC is great, and I highly recommend them!
Staff was very friendly and accommodating to mine and my dogs needs. After spending seven day and nights with Dogtopia, my pups came home very happy and chilled. Telling me that their stay met with there needs. I actually believe they were sorry the fun was over!
The team at doptopia is why we bring our dog. They treat him like family.

Dependable, safe, long hours
I like the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff. My dogs are excited to go and seem to love the staff. They don’t even look back!
The loving care they give to our dog
The cleanliness of my dog coming home has been and off and on issue. Some weeks are great and others she comes home dirty often. My dog has also lately been coming home smelling strongly of urine daily requiring more frequent baths. We know she rolls on the floor but I’ve also watched workers mop 3-4 wet spots on the floor without cleaning their mop in between. This seems counter-productive and like it would leave urine on the floor.
The last time I completed this survey I put a 4 for how likely we were to recommend. Overall our experience has greatly improved. Our puppy loves to go and is always happy when we pull up. She plays well during the day and we enjoy the treats and activities that are provided.
Well its justbday one, BUT we know the Newmarket Dogtopia.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They treated my 2 babies well and the place was very clean. Loved the real time video so we could check in on our girls having a good time.
Your staff are friendly, courteous and very obviously love dogs. It's a convenient drop off and pick up system. It's the highlight of my pup's week and he starts getting excited as soon as we turn into the parking lot. I love knowing he's safe and being able to watch him have fun!

Staff members are always friendly and they know me and my dog Iorek. I feel comfortable taking him to Dogtopia-he’s always ready to go right back to his playroom. I tell people Iorek is happy to get there and he never acts like he’s escaping when I pick him up from daycare.
