Friendly caring employees
Easy to drop off and pick up.
We love the friendliness of the entire staff, especially how much they love my baby girl! Cami loves being able to socialize with other dogs- she never really had the opportunity before.
Seemed to be very caring. It is clean.
Organized, clean, always a cheery greeting, and my favorite part is the wipe down when I pick up my gal:) it makes a huge difference! And I appreciate it. I’ve personally met Julie and Bella and they are both the sweetest:)
Great Team, Great Service!
I was double charged on my credit card, and no one returned my call. My dog's food was left there and no one called to tell me.
I liked how welcoming and warm everyone was from the beginning. No one was in too much of a hurry to see me around and answer any questions.
I am also very happy about how the dogs are treated and how those in charge of the play rooms were well versed in body language and responded to the dogs so sensitively.
Friendly staff! Curbside:) Rest time. Outdoor water play weather permitting. Available kong treats!

We love how much everyone cares for our dogs! From the instinct hello followed by their first names and their quick availability to take the dogs into the playroom - you can tell they are dog people. Their tender care and exceptional customer service keeps us coming back! So glad they are in the neighborhood and make it easy for us to trust them with our dogs.

Early drop off curbside and pick up curbside is super convenient.
Boone loves going to daycare to hang out with the staff and his friends. Literally jumps out of the car in the morning as soon as we get there.
I love that the staff loves my pup. They always greet her affectionately and her tail is wagging the whole time. The facility is clean, bright and welcoming.
Staff are friendly and communicate well. My pup is happy to go for her doggie daycare days. She jeeps busy while there and we live taking peeks via the Webcam service. We are very happy with ther service.

The staff at Dogtopia of Manassas are fantastic! They care and love my dog like she is their own. I feel so comfortable leaving my dog with them.
Not particularly happy with her experience. She went when she was younger and has been to other daycares where she had fun and played all day. I watched the camera and all she did was follow the human around the play area with the other dogs, while they took turns peeing on the floor and laying in it. Your employees take the same gross mop, swish it around in a bucket with the other pee water, and wipe it all over the floor. She came home smelling like some off brand cleaner and pee. You guys don't rotate the dogs outdoors to do their business in their natural environment? Its not only unsanitary but will reinforce behaviors I don't want to worry about at home. Honestly beyond disappointed.
Everything!!!! My dog gets so excited pulling in the parking lot I can’t even settle him down until he gets in the door. Makes me so happy to see him so excited about his day

We love Dogtopia!!! The staff there is so friendly. I feel like they really care about my dog and take good care of him. They are accommodating if I have last minute schedule changes and make scheduling very easy w/the app. Highly recommend!
We did not know of Dogtopia prior to opening. We like the facility and our dog likes it there too. The staff is friendly. We would like to pay as we go and not have to "Pause" when not using Dogtopia. . Was hoping there was an outside area for the dogs to run a bit, Also, hoping for 24 hour care for boarding. We are not comfortable with leaving our dog in case something should happen. For overnight stays, we will have to go to another business. We have 2 others that offer 24 hour care.
