We love Dogtopia. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. This is the first time in 10 years that I have had a dog-and let alone had to board him. Thankfully, we have had a great experience and Bolt enjoys himself at each visit-even if he has to get a bath!

When I tried to drop my dog off at the reservation time on my way to the train station there was a sign that said that they don’t open until 10 that day. It caused a lot of anxiety. Refund

Everyone I met there has been incredible. The manager is so friendly and really understands dogs. There is a front staff employee with cute brown haircut that was so kind and showed me around for the meet and greet. I have two dogs one is perfect and the other one is a Covid puppy who is scared of her own shadow and the staff here really made a point of not judging her. They really are trying to see if she can come out of her shell and blossom and it meant a lot to me that they wanted that for my dog. I feel like the staff makes the experience so much better and everyone there is sweet as can be. It’s incredible. Thank you so much.

my dog loves it at dogtopia! and i do recommend others to come. But sometimes it seems there are too many dogs for only 1 staff member to be in the room at a time. Also, I worry about boarding my dog overnight with no one staying on site overnight with the dogs. If an emergency happens, it may be too late to do anything since there's no one on site.

You genuinely care about our dog and are very personable. You are also very responsive to any concerns and questions. We are very lucky to have a great place to feel comfortable bringing our pup and know that she will be well taken care of!!

Having longer hours on weekends! You would attract more clients since the weekend is when people make plans.

Everyone is so friendly. I love that we pull up and you come out to car to pick up Sully. Makes it so convenient on busy morning and getting to work. Sully is always excited to get there and is always happy when picked up . We have also used for boarding and he always comes home great !!

Easy process and very friendly!

Turnover has really increased lately. New hires have all been nice enough, and I haven’t had any truly negative interactions, but it feels like brand new faces every day. Some are friendlier than others. The prior “crew” that seems to all have left a couple months ago are very missed. The greetings used to be warmer and more personal, it’s been awhile since myself or my pup who has been coming since 2022 has been recognized. Kelsey, Jenna, Jacklyn - they all were so nice and my dog would get so excited when I dropped her off and she saw them. My pups excitement level is not what it used to be when she would realize where we were. Overall again everything has been fine, scheduling is easy, drop/pickup is efficient, etc., and I would still recommend dogtopia, but the change in staff has made a noticeable difference. I don’t blame the new hires themselves - but I do question management a bit for why turnover is so high the past few months.

All of the staff at Dogtopia are very professional and are loving! The environment is one of being part of a family. With our parents in declining health. Sarah and her team have helped with both of our dogs to create a calm and loving environment to offset the sadness we’re dealing with at home.

I wish that the cameras were actually turned on during designated times! I check the cameras throughout the times they should working and they are not active/turned off! I also wish there was a better drop off system because it can be hard during peak times to drop off quickly and can be a long wait!

Employees are kind. The daycare is clean. Calendar always has fun and cute things for the pups.

I think I could have more human play and group training with the dogs, instead of just them playing around.

The staff. More than any where else, this staff cares about the dogs and it shows. And it also shows when my dog comes into the building and runs to greet any/all the staff members and they all know her by name. I love the staff and it’s a credit to Michel and the team he’s built.

Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful! You can tell that they truly love animals and working with dogs! I feel so confident that my puppy is in good hands when I drop her off and she is so excited to see the staff when she gets in the door! My dog is exhausted at the end of the day (which is a plus for me!) and I can tell she always has the best day ever at Dogtopia!
