All of the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, I love being able to watch my pup on the cameras during the day and I know my pup enjoys his time there (whether it’s daycare or boarding) because he comes home exhausted from all of the playing.

I was not informed prior to the appointment that it would not be a groomer doing the service, but a regular staff member. I should have been given the option of rescheduling the appointment to a time the groomer was available. Juno still has a great amount of loose hair on her. I'm considering finding a different groomer for next time.
I am always pleased with the warm reception and courtesy that I receive from reception when calling to make an appointment for my poodle Hector’s grooming. The staff are equally as nice and welcoming on arrival. Hector’s groomer Sarah is fantastic. She is very professional and accommodating to Hector’s needs. I know Hector is in good hands when leaving it to Sarah’s expert grooming and gentle approach.
The dogs are closely monitored while at play; the staff seems to genuinely enjoy their work; the dogs are separated not only according to size but also age. My dog is developing better crate habits since coming to dogtopia.
Great place to board my dog, challenging parking but that’s not their fault!

I like that you will accommodate my puppies schedule and give her naps at designated times other than the 12-2pm
I also like the webcam and being able to see her - although since she is black/brown and very small its sometimes difficult with your black flooring.
You guys truly care about my dog as if he were your very own. You've let me drop off and pick up late due to my crazy long work schedule. You've called when you noticed hr wasn't feeling well, playing as much, or lost weight.
As far as you are from where I moved and now work, it is totally worth the longer drive as I feel he is loved and cared for

So convenient. My work is kind of unpredicatable for when I may be away all day and you are a great option instead of crating Q for a full day.

Our dog was booked for two overnight stays.
He’s attended several day care visits in the past, the most recent one on June 12, 2023.
We were advised at that time that he would need to attend two more day care sessions before he could be accepted for the overnight stays.
Given that he’s been there a number of times in the past (albeit no visits since February) and has had no difficulties whatsoever we were surprised that this was a requirement.
This requirement was not mentioned when the overnight stays were booked one week ago.
We have cancelled his overnight stays as a result.

I use dogtopia mostly for boarding. My dog loves it! she is happy to roam with here friends instead of being locked in a cage 3/4 of the day with a couple walks like most kennels. they treat here well. its clean and very organized. they are friendly and respectful. would strongly recommend Dogtopia of anaheim hills!

Employee are friendly, knowledgeable and clearly love working with dogs. I feel confident that my dogs are being well cared for and are safe. They love going there.
We recently boarded our dog for 6 days. On the morning of the second day, we received a call from Dogtopia Staff saying they noticed our dog had a small wound between two toes, similar to a foxtail stick. They cleaned and treated the wound and bandaged up the foot for the day. I am so impressed that they noticed something so small when dealing with all of the other dogs they care for at any given time. As it turned out, we had had our dog groomed the day before we dropped her off and we believe when they were trimming her feet, they clipped her accidentally. WE didn't even notice she had a problem.
Signed up for membership after meet and greet but dog did not have a good time at first daycare appointment. Called immediately to cancel membership and was told I wouldn’t be charged for the following month since we had JUST signed up. Shortly thereafter got another call saying I actually will be charged for all 4 appointments for the following month. So on top of already having prepaid for 3 more appointments for this month, I have to pay for 4 more next month even though my dog hated daycare. The lack of flexibility here is unbelievable
Staff is professional, facility is clean, dogs seems taken care of and accommodations appear great.

We love how excited the team is to have our crazy pup! The day or a weekend stay, Maui is always excited to visit and we feel very comfortable trusting the team at Dogtopia Fredericksburg!
