You are a great store. I always have had the best service. As a senior citizen who is pushing 80, I am treated like I could be a marathon runner. Am always shown the best choices of shoes for me and patience as I try them on and they to decide which is best. While I have only needed it once - you stand behind the shoes you sell and the fit.
Have been getting shoes at Fleet Feet for a long time - and will always go back because of the support from your staff. They never rush and want you to know that you are getting the very best they have to offer, taking all the time necessary for you to pick out shoes.

I forget the sales associates name but he was great! Helped me find some new running shoes and trail running shoes. Suggested some inserts too that were really helpful. The scanner and strike analysis is awesome for nailing down exactly what type of shoe you need too. Very happy with my purchase and experience!
