Im a returning bikram yogi. I love the 60 min classes. Trying to work 60 mins into your schedule is much easier than 90 mins and I have to say I enjoy so much more and look forward to going.

The studio is very nice, clean and new. The staff is friendly, they get personal by directly remembering your name which makes a huge difference. Absolutely loved the class, if you are new you get a nice welcome and explanations of how to exercise.
I believe in the healing affects of bikram yoga, and I also appreciate the friendliness of the staff behind the desk! Studio is always clean and inviting!

Having attended Bikram classes about 2 years ago, I find the 1-hour classes are a much better fit and even someone new would be more likely to complete a 60-minute class as opposed to a 90-minute class.
