I love hot Pilates. Wish there are more classes on weekdays at 5:30 pm rather than 7:00pm.

I would like to see more Pilates classes after 10am every day, if possible. Thanks you had a 7:30 class on Monday night. then moved it to 5:30 am. Can we not have both times? First name removed

Nice, clean facility. Staff professional, knowledgeable and kind. Several new classes (Iron and Inferno Pilates) have been added for variety and to augment our Yoga practice.
Friendly and warm atmosphere. The instructors are great! I love the new 1-hour Bikram and pilates classes that are offered.
I miss the bell though. There used to be a bell I could ring before I went in the hot room. Now there is no bell. Where did the bell go? Do you need me to buy a new bell? This is highly disturbing. :)
Love everything. Wish there was a 4:00 or a 4:30 class I'm a teacher and would love to get in my yoga and be home in time for dinner. I know a 4 or 4:30 class would benefit tons of yogis at Bikram. Please consider it!!
Classes always start on time. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is a variety of classes to choose.

I am ALWAYS recommending Bikram Yoga North Texas to friends and business associates. Stacy is an awesome business woman and has brought an excellent selection of classes to the studio. However, I must say I miss the focus we had on respecting others in the class. I usually count on a good 15 minutes before each class to go in and de-clutter my mind with all the chatter and stress of my job and often people engage in conversation during this time. I was recently in a 90 minute class where the student behind me was extremely distracting and the instructor never addressed it ... it was hard for me to concentrate. Just thought I would pass that on for what it is worth. I just miss that discipline;-) but will adjust as needed.

I just like the whole class overall. I wish there was one closer to Argyle/Lantana
You can't find it anywhere else. The instructors are nice and if you are new they remember your name and help you out and make you feel really comfortable. I definitely feel like there are all sorts of levels there and if you are a beginner you feel comfortable not doing all the moves if you can't.
