I feel like I am encouraged to do what my body says I can do, and I am still getting 100% benefit. In other words, the goal has changed for since Stacy explained it so well during a Posture Clinic, listening to your body means doing that part of the posture that your body can do, and allowing it to build upon that, a little at a time;that's my 100%. I work hard in each class! It isn't Going to look like any one else, because it is my body. I am moving forward. I am doing better. I am getting all the benefitof all the postures! I have really been enjoying the 60 min classes. I actually have time to do my practice before getting ready for work... (most days! lol)

I wish the Sunday 10:00 class could be split so there would be maybe a 9:00 and 10:30 class, or 9:30 and 11:00, etc., since it is always very crowded
I like when the teachers give extra tips or motivation, and could always use more of that!

The fact that you offer a variety of class times in the morning so that I Can continue my practice. I need the 10:30 Tuesday and Thursday class times to continue though the summer and fall ... All year long! : )
The classes are great and I feel I am doing the best workout for my body.
I am able to break a sweat just being in the room and trying the poses. Understanding that I don't have to do everything in order to be effective. The instructors are positive and encouraging.
The staff is extremely supportive and encouraging. They know everyone by name; it feels like a family!
