I love how personal you make every session! Encouraging students by name and helping them to improve their practice. The facility is also welcoming and clean! Bikram yoga is one of my favorite parts of my day.

the change to 6:15 classes vs. 6:30 makes it very hard for me to make during the week.

Excellent yoga series, but miss the discipline of when to drink water, adjusting students if pose is not correctly done and reminding new students to be quiet in the hot room.

I enjoy the classes very much. Staff is great too. The room doesn't seem as hot as it used to be. I visited a studio in Dallas yesterday, that had a class @ noon which fit well with my schedule. I noticed the temperature of the room right away it felt Great!
