I like that you provide the 60 minute classes more, I like that your providing the the Yin and Nadira classes, I just wish there were more of the Yin and Nadira classes. I work a pretty unusual schedule, from 11am- 11pm four days a week, I try to come on my days off as much as possible, but I miss these classes most of the time

I enjoy the classes so much! I wish there were a few more classes during the week. Sometimes I finish my day a bit early, or would schedule my day, so I could do a 3:30 or 4 in Arlington on a Tues, Thurs or Friday. However, I would not want this to remove any of the other class times. I like the new challenge sheets.

I enjoy buckram. Some classes are more enjoyable than others. Some instructors are difficult to understand because they speak so rushed.
The studio was clean and well maintained. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. My instructor Katia was very good.
