Teachers are seasoned, staff is extremely friendly and enjoy being part of the Bikram yoga north texas community.
The 90 minute classes are my favorite!!! Wish there was at least one more 5:30 am 90 min class and wish Sunday mornings at 8 would be a 90 minute class. I don't mind the 60 minute classes, just feel that there are too many of them at the times I can go to yoga. At least make the room hotter during 60 minute classes so us veterans can feel like we are getting more of a workout. Lately, the room hasn't been hot enough. Don't sweat at the beginning of class and then again at the end of class. Middle of class is good enough I guess. Maybe the room is just this way at the times I go but would love it if it were hotter. Thanks!
Being completely new to Bikram Yoga, I don't really know what to like of dislike? At this point, all my ratings are for the friendly, helpful instructors and staff.
