I really like the location of the club and the convenience for me. The club having everything I need from weights, basketball court, pool and sauna.
Exercise equipment are cleaned and available when I come to the gym.

I love the kids center for my daughter and the amount of equipment provided. Even on the busiest of days it’s easy to get a good workout without waiting on weights on machines

It is close to my house. I have been going to the Carmichael club since 1995.
I like the family environment that this club provides. I always feel safe and comfortable.
I think the staff is extremely friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The facility is clean and the staff is always eager to help.
I do have an issue with folks talking on their cell phones while exercising. Listening to music with ear buds is fine, but I have experienced a few folks talking on their cell phones which is somewhat distracting.
Another issue is dropping heavy weights on the floor while lifting them. I think if one needs to drop the weight, it's too heavy for them to lift.
