I like that California Family Fitness has everything you could ever need in the way of fitness machines, etc. I prefer to use the pools for my exercise, and I love the spa. But I do use the torture machines occasionally in winter months. But, best of all is their friendly and helpful staff.

Hopefully the rafters and ceiling fans in the Arden fitness room are cleared of dust and dirt (ceiling leak repaired) before the floor is refinished.
I appreciate concern from corporate about the Arden fitness room temperature. On some days it’s cooler to get a good workout. It’s not consistent yet.
Recently on the app the “Find a class” has had issues allowing members to book a class. The message states “unable to book class class not found”. I have lost Perkville credit due to this malfunction. Fitness instructors are warned/threatened often about their class attendance. Members may not use the app to book classes forcing instructors to obsess with counting members in class and reminding members to book in advance. It’s a conundrum. Perhaps if it’s that important look at the room camera to see the numbers and take the negative pressure off the instructors.
I do appreciate the welcome as I enter the club.

My first interaction with fitness instructor Isabelle Oster was great. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Exactly what I was looking for.
It is a well maintained, clean club with a large selection of equipment. Not only is the staff knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly but the other members are also friendly. Working out is an enjoyable experience.

Everything. Brandan, the gym manager is an outstanding hard working , caring, leader. He leads by example at doing all he can to keep the gym neat, clean and safe for all. Nat, she is a hard working kind very knowledgeable good hearted young lady. Jeremeyis another outstanding front desk person. He is there for you and there to help you. He is hardworking and a great young man. Everyone talks about the great shape he is in. All of the individuals that work the front desk are excellent employees and a fine group of caring staff members. You would think they own the gym by their dedication. Proud of my gym on Bond Road. Proud member and proud to tell everyone and anyone about my gym on Bond Road. OUTSTANDING. Second to none.

The variety and number of classes stayed available during covid, and is slowly increasing.

(The group fitness room does not receive regular maintenance/cleaning even as there are less classss. Hair, dirty windows (now blocked by equipment), cleaning supplies.)
