I like how well the staff maintains the cleanliness of the facilities. I enjoy the sauna and hot tub after a workout. I like the variety of exercise machines and free weights.

Nice clean place

The club staff are friendly and helpful. I like that it is CLEAN, tidy and organized. The location is not far from my residence. I enjoy using the club app to find classes and that there is a large variety of classes.

The aqua class is a great way to get back into exercising. Cal Fit has excellent instructors. The entire staff is friendly and helpful when needing assistance.

The gym is clean and well equipped. There's many classes available, and many other amenities like pool, spa, sauna, and steam room.

Clean, lots of equipment choices. It would be nice to get some new stretching mats.

Great club

Everyone is there to work out at whatever level they’re at. The equipment is well-maintained and the club is very clean with a good vibe all around.

Clean and friendly, they work hard to keep things in order.

Plenty of equipment so I don't have to wait

I like the location, the equipment, the hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The shower area could use a remodel and clean up, it always smells bad.

The club is well equipped on both floors. The equipment is always clean and in working order. The class schedule is accommodating and led by great instructors. My wife particularly enjoys the Zumba Gold.

I love CAL Family fitness in Citrus Heights. The pool is usually clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Locker room is clean. The only downside is the hours which are limited on weekends.

I like the feel overall. Good mix of people. The only thing I would suggest is to clean the pool better and turn down the heat. It seems too warm and murky.

The club is well equipped. It caters to people of all ages and abilities.

Very friendly environment. The staff is always welcoming and ready too assist with any questions I have. Equipment is clean and in working condition.

Lots of amenities and child care

What I like about’ (CFF) club environment is one of my first time coming in to working out at CFF is also the workers at Cal Family Fitness are very helpful supportive into getting started at California family fitness they’re very nice! …….. Workers would love to come in too working out more often I feel very appreciative would like to come into CFF and bring my family in to cal fitness I’ve wanted to know what days Dorian is in at California fitness? And a lil bit about my billing days to pay for working out at CFF ? And also checking in when bringing in a guest ?

Clean parking lot, Friendly staff and members, High quality equipment, not crowded,
Everything is clean. High quality tile in bathrooms. The most wonderful pool and spa, with mature greenery surrounding.
The whole outside area is nicer than some resorts.
I wish I had joined sooner.

It is a friendly sports minded atmosphere. I like how it is well maintained and clean. There is no pretensious BS going on. People are there to work out and play sports.

I like that it's not cramped space wise. The variety of equipment is amazing!
