Cleanliness

It's always clean.
The Yoga room is always opened and available to do your own workout in private. The empty floor space is always busy.

The gym definitely needs more free weights. Always have to go into the group fitness room to get free weights and I don't like returning them while class is going because it's an interruption.

Front staff girl, don’t know her name, very friendly and welcoming; Shawn, my kick boxing teacher is amazing; clean gym; comfortable. I go to the Carmichael location.

Lots of cardio machines available. And a reliable and fun kid care.

The staff is incredibly. I have a company that works with developmental disabilities. They have been great with them. There facility has everything you could want.

I do like the amenities…the group fitness classes are great. I like the fact that I can go to any of the gym locations in the Sacramento Valley

Everyone is super friendly. It’s a positive environment to be in. And I really like my trainer, Elizabeth Maes. She gives me really good workouts and inspiration.

Nice club but it needs to be cleaner and the racquetball courts need to be refinished

I enjoy the classes, variety of cardio and weight machines, trx, and different rooms to exercise in.
There’s lots of areas for stretching too. The classes are great and so are the pools especially in the summer! The addition of pickle ball is also fun.

The personal trainer I work with is excellent (Ariel Heggin) and knows how to help this "mature body with old horse riding injuries" so I stay protected and safe and continue toward my goals. HOWEVER, it was my initial start with the manager Silas Brewton that got me started and brought my belief back to the benefits of health and PROPER EXERCISE. He is a gift to your Folsom business and a gift to me and my current and future health.

I like the small club setting in Roseville.

I like the pool, the water aerobics classes, the women’s locker room, the staff and flexibility to put membership on hold. Last year I had to take care of a family member out of state and I needed to pause membership.

The steam room now stays on longer which is a great benefit to us as users. The cleanliness of the men's locker room could use some work and the bench press machine up stairs is missing the pad that is on the back rest causing the exercise using that machine to hurt.
