I like that there are classes and machines, pool, and view.
I am a member for 27 years. That say's a lot. Even thru the covid fiasco and still recovering. I appreciate the wonderful job the gym has done to keep us members the full use of all that Cal Fit has to offer.

I joined primarily for the outdoor pool and it is still the feature I use most. Recovery from several knee surgeries has drawn me to a number of the indoor machines and where I also dicovered yoga. Though I wish there were a few more yoga classes scheduled, I certainly appreciate the selection of different instrucors. ALL personell are polite and friendly. It's a great place!

There is so much to do at the Natomas Club. I just feel good being there and getting a good workout.
Opens early at 4:30 which spreads out the crowds a bit. I like the early morning when it is less crowded.
Generally clean and fairly well care for, though today one of the shower doors was broken so it wont stay closed. Great location, view from the pool deck is amazing, and the staff is super friendly.
