I just joined a couple of weeks ago. I’m a little intimidated of the machines & will eventually use them. I do like the classes and I’m a big fan of the dry sauna. I toggle between Elk Grove & Laguna for classes.
I’m working with fitness coach Rahim at Laguna for strength training my legs for an upcoming marathon. He’s very knowledgeable and I’m learning a lot from him in a short amount of time. I like the club environment at Laguna. The staff seems very friendly.
Both pools and hot tub are my favorites. Good workout equipment, layout of gym is good. Good classes. Pool area and gym are kept fairly clean. We need more table shade umbrellas in the pool area. The showers are HORRIBLE…gross…smell musty, feel slimy and are full of hair. The dark color of the shower stalls makes it impossible for anyone cleaning the showers to know whether they got them clean or not. I use the showers only when I have to hurry off to an appointment. I hate the music the gym plays but I’m old and I know the gym has to cater to the younger generation. The staff is friendly enough except the front desk workers are rarely told anything important. “I don’t know” is the most frequent response to questions. Despite my complaints, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this gym. It’s in a perfect location for me and my friends, conveniently located right off Hwy 50 and Sunrise Boulevard. Thank you for keeping it open during the Covid pandemic! Thank you for making improvements and for doing the best you can. We appreciate it!

It is relaxed environment. I can get in quick, stay as long as I want and then get out quickly also. everything is clean for example, the locker room and the workout areas. I am glad that the gym on Madison reopened. Thank you

The place is reasonably clean and a wide choice of equipment to select from. Staff are professional and courteous and offer good personal training should one opts for. The center also offers good number of group classes and is conveniently located with plenty of parking.

It’s clean and energizing.
The management does a great job keeping this gym clean and the equipment repaired. I use this facility twice a day Monday through Friday. I would recommend this gym to anyone that is trying to keep healthy.

We are a new family to the club. Signing up and signing in is easy and everyone was very helpful! Equipment and spacing is great, as is the facilities. Feels like home, a nice backyard and lots to do. Friendly neighbors! A place to go.

Lots of space and equipment to choose from, even when there’s a lot of people there I have space to work out and to park. Love the frequent/variety of classes that I can jump into anytime. High ceilings and lots of fans to keep it comfortable and make me less worried about Covid (readily available cleaning supplies too). Clean and nice-looking. Locker rooms and water stations are also very much appreciated. Great value for the price. I also love the app with workouts, class signups, and the fun points system.
