I wanted to specifically point out the service department and unfortunately the gentleman's name eludes me (he installed our camper accessories) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the trailer we purchase. Kirk Shipman was our salesperson, and he did a great job getting us into the trailer we wanted. They didn't have one on the lot that fit what we were looking for so he went out and found us one. All of the other support staff there was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend them to a friend!
We cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. We held it in high regard when it was Stoltzfus RV and it has retained its high level of service and customer satisfaction even now as General RV.
From the moment we arrived from out of state, we felt Katye went above and beyond in scheduling our repairs and keeping us informed of the progress made. Since we had to wait a few days for parts to arrive, it was reassuring to know where we were in the queue. Even on her day off, she was keeping track of any developments.
Ian is a top notch technician that has such a promising future. His skill and expertise is only outmatched by his customer service. For a young man to be so professional and customer focused is impressive, and we will make a point of returning just to have him service our Aqua Hot system.
