Service. Thank you Trevor our advisor, definately finds a way to take care of his customers. Patience is the name of the game. For as many RV's they sell and service, I learned to follow his advice and be patient. Gets better every time.
Parts, Im impressed how nice everyone is. I purchase some items for our van and one high dollar item did not work on our rv, I returned it 1 month later no questions ask.

The service advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable about the service repair needed for my 5th Wheel. His name is Trevor Tyler and he spent time documenting and explaining all the details of the repairs.

It was a great pleasure to work with the quality of people that you all have working for you. We had a great experience from beginning to end. Cory was a great salesman. Everyone had knowlege of there jobs and explained everything very well that is hard to find these days but everyone there were top notch and We want to thanks everyone!

Everyone was very nice and professional from sales to finance to walk through. Talked to me like a person instead of feeling like what they were saying was scripted. Louis in finance wasn’t pushy, just straight forward. Folks in walk through were fully accommodating for every single one of my concerns to make me happy. One of the best “dealer” experiences I’ve had. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Our salesman (Michael Poma) was great. Very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to us regarding what we wanted, he didn't pressure us at all, and he took his time to provide us with all the information we needed in order to make our purchase. I wish all sales interactions were like the one we had with Michael.
