Service was quick, but too quick, they left my outside shower faucet on. Water tank was almost empty by the time I was home.

The staff worked hard to find the right credit union and camper that fit my budget. They provided daily updates of where they were at in the process which made this process smooth sailing. I highly recommend general RV in Mt. Clemens. Big kudos to Michael Smith, our sales rep, and Mike Buchwald, our financial rep, for providing a great experience for us. We can’t wait to hit the road and make memories with our family in our brand new camper!

We cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. We held it in high regard when it was Stoltzfus RV and it has retained its high level of service and customer satisfaction even now as General RV.
From the moment we arrived from out of state, we felt Katye went above and beyond in scheduling our repairs and keeping us informed of the progress made. Since we had to wait a few days for parts to arrive, it was reassuring to know where we were in the queue. Even on her day off, she was keeping track of any developments.
Ian is a top notch technician that has such a promising future. His skill and expertise is only outmatched by his customer service. For a young man to be so professional and customer focused is impressive, and we will make a point of returning just to have him service our Aqua Hot system.
All in all, we had a good experience and would highly recommend this dealership.
