We went camping and had an issue with the front legs on our 5th wheel extending but not retracting. We called General RV Clarkston on Thursday evening. We received a call from Dan early the next morning and he suggested that the switch might be bad. We replaced the switch and every things works great. After our trip we came to General RV Clarkston for winterization. Jo took great care of us from the time we made the appointment to the time we left. We have always had great service from General RV Clarkston and would be hesitant to take our 5th wheel anywhere else. Their communication is fantastic. We always know what the status of our service is and if they find something that needs attention, they always make us aware of it. Wherever we are camping and the topic comes up, we cannot say enough nice things about General RV Clarkston.

The service tech was awesome. He was very clear in explaining the issues I was having towing and he offered the most cost effective solution to try. The service rep did a great job of getting me set up and on my way.

Our experience was great. From sales (Bill and John) to the GM (Hal Hall) and the business office (Vince Brown) to the delivery team of Angel and Patty.... everyone was great to work with! I do not recall the name if the Service Manager, but he was also great about paying attention to detail with our coach and making all necessary adjustments we asked for.
The General Trailer Brownstown store is the best of a national leader in the RV Industry combined with a hometown feel when it comes to customer focus and a personal touch experience.
