Patrick was really friendly and educated my mom and I on all the different aspects of campers. He actually helped me figure out what I wanted and helped us find the perfect camper for our family. It was a great experience and I'm so happy with our purchase!

This feedback is based on our experience at the Ashland location- they were prepared for our visit; they seemed competent and made good suggestions; they communicated well throughout our 6 hr day there, they made us aware of the food, etc available to us in the customer lounge; the service technician was thorough and explained one on one his findings as what he accomplished, our service coordinator Courtney had the team prepared for what we needed and her team worked well with her. Overall good visit and looking forward to our next service appt to complete all identified issues with our new coach. Parts were /needed and ordered

They try to work with you. They work hard at trying to take care of your problem. I like how they walk you through your new trailer.

Unfortunately you have out grown your co. To the point there are too many people assigned to you and things get lost in the translation.

We felt very good about our sales rep., Justin Allen. We visited him about two months ago and told him of our timeline and needs. He followed up but didn't pressure us. When we were ready, he was very helpful and we wound up with a new rig. Also, our finance guy, P J Leary went over and beyond to get us the best financing possible. Unit was delivered as promised.
