TYP has the *best* atmosphere, hands down. None of this snooty business...mirrors and bright lights, instructors on microphones. Nope. TYP has amazing instructors, a laid back and accepting feeling, and even great clients! The prices are fair and the classes are engaging physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I LOVE this place. So much that I drive from North Dallas to come!

Russ our instructor is so good at his job. I really enjoy my yoga. He makes sure we understand the import of proper technique. I have brought 2 friends with to the mansfield loc. I love it.
