I love the warm and inviting environment. The teachers are amazing and the classes are challenging in the best way possible. I leave each class feeling happy and proud of myself. It has definitely been a positive experience so far.

I love everything especially the instructors. I do wish you had more early morning classes though.
I like the space and instructors so far. I would say one thing that would be nice is some essential oils diffused in the room. The room smelled a little sweaty, which I think was because it was the last class of the day. But some soothing essential oils really would be nice.

Dave was personable, knowledgeable, spent the right amount of time letting me know the promos available and was attentive during class. Additionally, he spent a few minutes speaking to me after class. Loved it. Want to be there every darned day!
Quality of instruction by Dave, the small size of classes, the heated room (although I wish it was hotter), location is great and yoga times are convenient.
