Very easy to purchase and sign up for a class online. Fairly affordable for a non membership price. The class was challenging yet still calming at the same time.

Everyone is very friendly and inviting! It was my first time there and they walked me through the routine and also instructed me on poses I didn't know about. I would prefer some soft, relaxing music in the background during instruction but that's the only improvement I can think of:)
