I just love the Yoga Project. I use the Mansfield and Arlington studios. The instructors are simply the best (special shout-out to Robbin, Jan, and Sheryl). I recently moved to Dallas (but still work in Mansfield), and I continue to use TYP for yoga classes even though its not close to home.

What do you like about our services?

TYP provides a variety of work out times through out the week. I love all the instructors. I am greeted each time I enter the studio! The work outs are challenging. I've learned so much about strengthening my body and releasing stress.

I appreciate the cleanliness of the studio. Staff is super friendly. I do enjoy some classes more than others depending on the yoga instructor, but I always make it fun anyways.

I love Melissa. Unfortunately, with my schedule, I can only attend Sunday's & Thur, so I only get to work with Melissa, but I appreciate our she helps me with my form. I also like her class because I also feel like I get a work out!
