I love the coziness of the studio, the heated element of the classes, and the windows to the river. I like that you offer the $5 community class on Saturday afternoon (that is how I came to visit), which will make it easier to encourage others to give it a try. The classes I have taken thus far have been extremely challenging.
The environment that the yoga project brings is just so comfy and relaxing.

Loved Robin's class both times, for the all levels and basics. Her cues are very clear and motivating and I enjoyed this so much more than a traditional Bikram class I did years ago. I would come back more often but I am almost always teaching Pilates when you offer classes, but will try to pop in for Saturdays that I am off! :-)
