The process of signing up, purchasing classes and finding a class time online was very easy. I was so appreciative of the FAQ encouraging first timers to attend regardless of ability. I was nervous to attend my first class but the instructor was very nice and even complimented me after class when I told her it was my first yoga class ever. I'm so happy I found you. It has been two days since my first class and I can still feel how much I worked certain muscle groups (abs/legs). Great workout and awesome class!
